Answer
It is the policy of the Caroline County Sheriff's Office to enforce all of the laws of the State of Maryland, and by doing such, the Sheriff's Office is committed to effective traffic enforcement to reduce accidents, apprehend drunk drivers and to ensure a high degree of safety on the highways and roadways in our community. If you have recieved a traffic citation from a Caroline County Deptuy Sheriff, you do have the right to stand trial on your ticket and explain to the Judge your position and opinions regarding the enforcement of traffic violations in Caroline County.
