Sheriff Randy Bounds Swears In DFC Vince Allen

vince allenOn 10/23/14, the Caroline County Sheriff's Office welcomed a new member to the agency. Deputy First Class (DFC), Vincent Allen, who was hired to fill a position at the Caroline County Circuit Court Security post.

DFC Allen possesses a high level of experience in Criminal Investigations and was a long time member with the Drug Task Force. Dfc. Allen comes to the Caroline County Sheriff's Office with experience in Court Security Operations from his previous agency.

bike ride2On Friday August 22nd, Delegate Addie Eckardt, family and friends rode the Caroline County leg of her annual four-day Mid-Shore cycle tour. For the second year in a row, Sheriff Randy Bounds was honored to assist with the early morning launch of the ride from TJ's Produce near Dover Bridge.
